Latest Information

  • Chilly Dip Invite: Thank you to all of our families for your amazing dedication to help us run another great meet. We are so proud of our swimmers! Although the meet was small, we had a ton of fast swims and best times. Way to go everyone!!! The results are loaded into Team Unify and Swims.
  • Junior Nationals West: Congratulations Megan Hutchins, Matthew Mortenson and Matthew Warweg for their fantastic swims at Junior Nationals this past weekend. Megan Hutchins and Matthew Mortenson each finished 15th in the 400 I.M.!  Matthew Warweg had a great swim and a personal best time in the 200 backstroke!
  • Important Meet Changes: We have some important changes to our meet schedule over the next two months. The January 7th Distance Invite and the February 10th-12th iHeart Invite have been canceled. We are expanding the February 4th Valentine Invite to include a Sunday morning session that will include more events. We have also added a travel meet for Junior Select and Senior Elite January 13th-15th. Our meet page will be updated this week.
  • Looking Ahead to the Holidays: Our TU calendars have been updated to reflect changes for the December holiday schedule. There will be no practices on Dec. 24th and 25th with the exception of Senior Elite. All groups, other than Senior Elite, will follow their normal practice schedule Dec. 26th thru the 29th. We will have an adjusted practice schedule on Dec. 30th (listed next) and no practices Dec. 31st.
  • Friday, December 30th Practice Schedule: 9&U and Bronze 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Silver 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., Gold and Junior Select 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., Senior Elite 7:00 to 10:00 a.m.
  • Safe Sport Locker Room Reminder: A reminder to ALL swimmers. Cell phone usage is NOT allowed in the locker rooms. Calls, texts, taking pictures or videos, watching videos on your phone or tablet is NOT allowed in the locker room. Coaches will be repeating this message to ALL swimmers during practices this week.
  • Team Outing: Thank you to our parent committee representatives Andrea Seitz , Mandy Wetrosky and Joni Jennen for coordinating and organizing this event!

When: January 28, 2023 / Time: 1:00pm-3:00pm / Where: Cedarvale Lanes / 3883 Cedar Grove Parkway, Eagan, MN 55122 / Cost: $20 a swimmer includes shoes rental, unlimited games, pizza buffet and drinks, payments can be made by venmo to @joni-jennen (last four digits of phone #9630 for verification).   • Team pictures order: If you signed up to receive the pictures of your swimmer you should have received a link from [email protected] to order. The gallery links come from a system that may get blocked by email spam/junk filters depending on their email system.  If you have not received an email yet please check your spam folder.  

Regular Reminders

  • Questions: If you have any questions regarding your swimmer, meets, clinics, practices etc. please contact your swimmer’s lead coach in order to get the quickest, most accurate and helpful response (see the list below). The coaches are here to help your child in all areas of their swimming. Make sure to reach out to them! If you have a billing question, contact Cara Pavek – [email protected]
  • Important Meet Fee Billing Reminders: 1. Parents are required to pay their swimmer's meet entry fees.  These fees are specifically highlighted in the meet information section for ALL meets.  Riptide pays meet fees prior to the meet start date.  Riptide then collects these fees from parents after the meet has concluded. 2. Once the meet deadline passes, meet fees are non-refundable. If a swimmer is a no show or scratches after the deadline, the meet fees will still be charged to the swimmer's account. It is imperative that all families follow the meet entry accept/decline process. 3. Meet fees are invoiced and posted to all accounts within one week after the completion of a meet. All charges will be processed with the automatic credit card processing on the first of each month.

  • Private Lessons - Riptide Coaches are offering 30 and 60 minute private lessons. If your swimmer is interested, either contact your lead coach directly or [email protected].
