Important Reminders

  • Parent Meetings this Week: If you are new to the team and missed the parent meeting for your swimmer’s group, we are holding two “Helpful Information” nights in the meeting room upstairs from 6:45 to 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday (4/11) and Wednesday (4/12) nights. We will help you get caught up! Our Senior Prep and Senior Parent Meeting is this Saturday (4/15) at 10:15 a.m.
  • No Practice on Thursday: Riptide is hosting the Middle School Championships this Thursday (4/13). There will be no practice for any of our groups in the afternoon and evening. Senior Elite swimmers will practice at 5:30 a.m. and then help out at the meet.
  • Meet Registration Deadlines: April 12th – Star Invite, April 15th - Maggie Memorial Invite.
  • Free Parent Workshop:  Join us for the “Positive Parent Involvement in Sports” talk with Coach Amy on April 29th from 2:00-3:00 p.m. Please register online on our events page. 
  • Inner Tube Water Polo Tournament: Last chance to register for this fun team bonding activity! Please register on our website. On Deck app doesn’t support this registration therefore you will not be able to register using this app. Registration deadline is on April 13th. IMPORTANT: Once you register please fill out this form to indicate what team your swimmer is on and their t-shirt size.  We hope to see you there! 
  • Your Swimmers Talents are Needed! We would love to have our swimmers perform the National Anthem at our home meets-sing it, play an instrument, solo or in a group. If your swimmer is interested in sharing their talents please sign up using this link -  https://forms.gle/eE4auhip4gTVYo4W6
  • Clinics: There are only a few spots left in some sessions. Please sign up early to secure your swimmer’s spot. The waitlist link is provided in the description of each clinic. You will be notified if the spot opens up.

  • Parking Lot Reminder: To encourage a safer traffic flow in the parking lot, please use the traffic entrance closest to the pool and exit near Elsmore.  This simulates a one-way street traffic pattern.  We know the evening is a very busy time at Bluewater and the parking lot can get crowded.  Please follow the traffic flow which allows swimmers to exit the vehicle on the same side as the building; therefore they do not need to dart in between cars.  When parents are waiting for your swimmer to exit the building, please choose a parking spot, then pull up to the doors when you see your swimmer leave the building.
