IMPORTANT REMINDERS
SCSC INVITE and JUNIOR NATIONALS: Congratulations to our swimmers who competed at the SCSC Winter Carnival and Winter Junior Nationals. The results for the SCSC meet are loaded into SWIMS and TU. Official results from Juniors will be available soon.
MEET DEADLINES: Riptide Snowball Invite (Jan. 20th) deadline Dec. 15th. If you have any questions about meets, please reach out to your swimmer’s lead coach.
LOCKER ROOM CODE OF CONDUCT: Please be sure to read over the locker room code of conduct (below) with your swimmer(s). Our coaching staff has reviewed this and will continue to remind the swimmers of their responsibilities as team members. Thank you!
PRIVATE SPECIAL: Once again, we are offering private lessons at a special rate on Dec. 27th and 28th. 30 minutes-$55, 60 minutes-$95. Please follow this link to sign up. Riptide Swim Team Locker Room Code of Conduct
- I will not use profanity in the locker room.
- I will not have conversations about inappropriate topics.
- I will not use my cell phone to take pictures or videos, read or send texts, make or receive phone calls or even check the time. My cell phone will stay in my backpack or bag whenever I am in the locker room.
- I will not engage in horseplay or roughhousing.
- I will not scream or yell when I am in the locker room.
- I will be respectful of my teammates, their personal space and their belongings while in the locker room.
- I will be respectful of the facility and will not damage walls, showers, ceiling, toilets, shelves, counters or doors.
- I am responsible for my own actions, and I will hold my teammates accountable for their actions. If I see my teammates not following the rules, I will say something to them. If I am not comfortable saying something to them, I will tell my coach instead.
