IMPORTANT REMINDERS

RIPTIDE INTRASQUAD MEET – Congratulations to the White Team for their win over the Green and Blue Teams!!!! We are super proud of our Riptide swimmers for their fantastic swims and team spirit. After only three weeks of practice, we saw a very high percentage of best times – WAY TO GO!!! A huge thank you also to all our volunteers and officials who worked hard to make the meet run smoothly. Thank you also to our coaches for all that they did to help the swimmers swim their best. Lastly, thank you to our “Big Swim Buddies” who truly made a world of difference for our new 8&U and Bronze swimmers. The meet results are now loaded into Team Unify and SWIMS. 

Final Team Scores:

  • White Team – 2,146.5
  • Green Team – 2,108.5
  • Blue Team – 1,902

COACH LAURA THEODORE: On Friday night, coach Laura fell down some stairs and broke her right leg and dislocated her right ankle. She will be out this week for sure but will be in touch with her groups (Gold and Senior Prep) and coaching staff as she works through this unexpected challenge. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

SWIM MEET ENTRIES: Remember that the lead coaches select the swimmers’ events. Please disregard the prompts from TU when you register your swimmer. If your swimmer has a particular event they want to swim, you can add that detail in the notes section. Thank you!
