IMPORTANT REMINDERS

WELCOME BACK: This is our first week of practice for the 2025 long course season. We are excited to see everyone back in the pool! If you have any questions, be sure to reach out to your swimmer’s group lead coach (see contact list below). Welcome back!

NO PRACTICE ON THURSDAY: Riptide is hosting the Middle School Championships on Thursday, April 10th. Afternoon and evening practices are canceled for all groups. There is practice for Senior Elite (8 lane) from 5:30 to 6:45 a.m.

NEW MEET ADDED: We have added a long course meet June 5-8 in Austin, MN. This is an outdoor swim meet and is a great opportunity if your schedule allows you to attend. The coaching staff are in the process of determining which groups will attend. Stay tuned!

UPCOMING MEET DEADLINE: The deadline to register for the Rochester Pentathlon is April 13th. The following groups should attend: Junior Select, Senior 3 and Senior Elite.

SWIM MEETS: Please make every effort to sign up and attend the swim meets that are scheduled for your swimmer’s practice group. All questions regarding meets should be directed to your swimmer’s lead coach.

PARKING LOT REMINDER: Remember that we have a one-way parking lot procedure during practice time. Please always use caution in the parking lot!

  • QUESTIONS REGARDING PRACTICES AND SWIM MEETS: If you have questions regarding your child’s practices or swim meets, contact the lead coach for their group (see below).
  • QUESTIONS REGARDING BILLING AND REGISTRATION: If you have questions regarding billing and registration, reach out to Cara Pavek. Our contact information is listed below.
  • Adult Swim Training & Private Lessons: Group Training for Triathletes & Masters; Beginner Adult Swim Classes; Individual and Small Group Lessons going on now! For more information –contact [email protected].
  • Private Lessons: Riptide Coaches offer 30 and 60 minute private lessons. If your swimmer is interested, contact your lead coach directly and they can help you out or recommend another coach on our staff.
