IMPORTANT REMINDERS

SIOUX FALLS LONG COURSE INVITE: Congratulations to our Riptide swimmers for a fantastic three days of swimming in Sioux Falls. This was a great way to start the long course season and we had a ton of best times and new champ times! Way to go everyone!!! The results are now loaded in TU.

MAGGIE MEMORIAL MEET: We will honor our beloved Coach Maggie this Sunday at her Memorial Meet. This will be a fun, short meet! More meet details will be posted this Thursday. Warm-up starts at 7:30 a.m. and the meet begins at 8:30 a.m. There are still a few volunteer slots to fill. Please do what you can to help out. Thank you!

IMPORTANT MEET CHANGE: Our staff has decided to switch to a new long course meet opportunity the weekend of June 13-15. Riptide will now attend the Rochester Swim Club Long Course Summer Fest! The following groups can attend the meet: 8&U, Silver, Gold, Junior Select, Senior 2/3, and Senior Elite (not on training trip). The deadline for the registration is this Friday (5/16). If you have any questions, please contact your swimmer’s lead coach.

SCHOOL ENDING DATE SURVEY: Our summer practice schedule begins the week of June 9th. The following groups will have practices in the morning or midday: Gold, Junior Select, Senior 2/3, and Senior Elite. We need to determine the number of swimmers who are not yet out of school that first week. Please complete this survey as soon as possible.

  • QUESTIONS REGARDING PRACTICES AND SWIM MEETS: If you have questions regarding your child’s practices or swim meets, contact the lead coach for their group (see below).
  • QUESTIONS REGARDING BILLING AND REGISTRATION: If you have questions regarding billing and registration, reach out to Cara Pavek. Our contact information is listed below.
  • Adult Swim Training & Private Lessons: Group Training for Triathletes & Masters; Beginner Adult Swim Classes; Individual and Small Group Lessons going on now! For more information –contact [email protected].
  • Private Lessons: Riptide Coaches offer 30 and 60 minute private lessons. If your swimmer is interested, contact your lead coach directly and they can help you out or recommend another coach on our staff.
